Corrections to books published by Hinam Press
Hinam Press books argue from exhibits and print them so they can be checked. When a reader finds an error and it is confirmed, the correction is posted here, and the reader is credited unless they would rather not be.
Write to books@hinampress.com. Quote the sentence, name the page, and say what the source actually reads. Corrections of fact, of quotation, and of citation are all welcome — a wrong date, a name, a page, a word inside quotation marks, an attribution to the wrong scholar.
A disagreement with a reading is a different thing, and welcome too, but it is not an erratum.
